We visited Cheyenne Botanic Gardens while in Wyoming for Thanksgiving. The flowers and plants were beautiful. On the second floor of the gardens was a periscope.. It is 3 stories of nice vegetation and has a rooftop to look over the lake and Children's village. It has a little fairy area, that little ones will enjoy and small pond/water. The tropical garden is beautiful and balmy and I enjoyed having lunch in the orangerie. The "draw bridge" by the children's garden is also fun to hop across. It's a lovely place to end up after a jog around Sloan Lake. The Paul Smith Children’s Village is a must-see children’s garden for all ages, even the grown up kind! The garden features a wetlands area, sheepherder wagon, a secret garden, farmers windmill, outdoor giant Jenga and more! Come visit and explore Tuesday through Saturday from 10a.m.- 5p.m., and Sunday from 12p.m. to 5p.m! We had a wonderful morning at the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens! We arrived a bit before story time and my kids enjoyed playing in the water and teepees!. It is 3 stories of nice vegetation and has a rooftop to look over the lake and Children's village. It has a little fairy area, that little ones will enjoy and small pond/water feature with fish. The Paul Smith Children’s Village and the Smith Grand Conservatory are now open Tuesday through Saturday 10 am to 3 pm.
